Six stages. Each one signed off before the next begins. No "we'll fix it downstream." If a lot doesn't pass, it doesn't move.
Every raw material gets quarantined, a CoA review, and an in-house identity check before it can move to staging.
Micro-ingredients are pre-blended so they distribute evenly across the full batch — the part of powder work most often done badly.
Main blend runs to homogeneity. Sampled mid-batch, sampled at the end. No "trust the timer" math.
Jar, tub, or bulk — filled by weight, sealed in line. One format per shift to keep changeovers honest.
Cartoned, labeled, palletized to your spec. Lot codes printed and logged before anything leaves the room.
Final testing complete. Lot released or held. Documentation packet ships with the order — no scavenger hunt after the fact.
